IMPACT AND ACCOUNTABILITY

Real girls. Real results. Real change across Maasai communities in Tanzania.

Evidence based decisions. Not just reports.

OMOM takes impact seriously. Every girl we enroll, every community we engage and every shilling we receive is tracked, measured and reported. We do not just count activities. We track what changes in a girl's life. We track what changes in her community. And we use what we learn to make our work stronger every single year.

Girl Level Tracking

Every girl in OMOM's programmes is tracked individually. We maintain records of enrollment, academic performance, attendance, wellbeing and personal development so no girl falls through the cracks and every result is real.

Programme Monitoring

We track results across all four programmes against clear targets. Every activity is documented, every output is counted and every outcome is measured against what we set out to achieve.

Community Level Tracking

We track change at community level through Olosho Voices. We measure shifts in attitudes toward girls' education among parents, elders and leaders and we follow up to ensure commitments made in dialogues become real action.

Learning and Improvement

Our tracking drives learning, not just reporting. What we find informs how we design and deliver our programmes so that OMOM gets stronger with every cohort, every community and every girl.
