Community Dialogues
Open conversations with parents, elders and local leaders about the value of girls' education and wellbeing.
Engaging parents, elders, community leaders, NGOs and government agencies in dialogue to challenge harmful practices and create lasting change for Maasai girls.

The Olosho Voices initiative engages parents, elders, community leaders, NGOs, and government agencies in dialogue to address and challenge harmful practices such as early marriage and female genital mutilation (FGM).
By promoting awareness and advocacy at the community level, Olosho Voices encourages supportive attitudes towards girls' education and wellbeing, fostering an environment where girls can pursue their dreams safely and confidently.
The initiative also works to influence policies that protect and empower Maasai girls — ensuring that systemic barriers are dismantled and that communities actively participate in creating lasting change.
