Nganashehood

Mentorship and leadership development through boot camps, school clubs and personal growth sessions — preparing Maasai girls to inspire change in their communities.

Nganashehood Leadership
Leadership in Action

Building confident leaders, one girl at a time

The Nganashehood initiative focuses on mentorship and leadership development, offering sessions that build confidence, advocacy, communication, personal growth, and hygiene management skills.

Through interactive leadership boot camps, girls actively practice teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making, preparing them to handle challenges both in school and in their communities.

Nganashehood also establishes school leadership clubs — providing ongoing platforms for girls to develop skills, organize peer activities, and voice their opinions. The initiative is dedicated to creating opportunities for girls to assume active leadership roles within their schools and communities.
